The Trailside Middle School PTA raises funds to hold events, activities, and workshops for the Parents, Teachers, & Students in our school community throughout the year.

Membership Campaign - Pancakes & Prizes
6th Grade Dance - 10/22/21 (Halloween Theme)
The 6th Graders had a Halloween themed dance with a costume contest with prizes, pizza 
snacks 
and sweet treats 
The DJ’s were amazing from Bach 2 Rock in Lansdowne, the photo booth company was stupendous - Perfect Touch Photobooth Rental. The kids danced, laughed and had an incredible time!
7th Grade Dance - 4/29/22
The 7th Graders voted and had a Hollywood Red Carpet-themed dance.
8th Grade Dance - 4/30/22
The 8th Graders voted and had a Hollywood Red Carpet-themed dance.
On November 10, 2021, the PTA hosted a spaghetti dinner for veteran families featuring a color guard presenting the flags, a moment of silence, a POW table, a poppy pin for veterans and a tribute video. Students will help prepare and serve the dinner. Families were invited to make cards to send to veterans during the event.

Winter Warmth Event - 12/6/21
Annual coat and winter wear drive at Trailside MS to support the community of Guilford ES.
We will be collecting donations from November 22nd through December 10th. We request that all donations are new or gently used and clean in adult, youth, and children's sizes.
Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to support Guilford ES!
This year's Volleyball Game will be on 2/4/22 at Broad Run High School!

The Trailside vs. Farmwell Station Volleyball game has been a long tradition between the schools since 2014. It was held on Friday, March 11, 2022, with over 700 in attendance, and the TMS staff lost to the Farmwell Station staff, but the Trailside student team overtook the Farmwell Station team.

Let's clean up our community by Plogging on 5/14/22 (Plogging is a combination of jogging with picking up litter. It started as an organized activity in Sweden around 2016 and spread to other countries in 2018, following increased concern about plastic pollution.)
